I mail out all orders received Monday thru Friday except on Holidays.
The method of carriers will be one of the following: The main choice: United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx).
If you wish to expedite the shipping your item(s), please contact me via email convo at Hello@DiviniteJewellrybyPorchia.com to make these arrangements. Cost will be higher than normal shipping rates.
You will receive a confirmation & tracking number once your item(s) have been shipped.
To insure that every package can withstand the rough terrain of traveling, each box/satin gift bag will be bubble wrapped and or placed in stuffing filled boxes to prohibit movement or breakage and to keep your piece(s) nice and polished.
Unless insurance is purchased on the item(s), I cannot be held responsible for any damages to each piece. The best care is taken to package every item to ensure its safe delivery to you.
At this time, I ship to all parts of the world outside of the United States via USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be provided to you for your convenience and awareness. The rates are as follows:

Item(s) Not Received/Loss Packages & Insurance Purchase Option
Sometimes, packages get lost in the hectic shuffle of our postal system. Unfortunately, I cannot be held liable for lost packages but will do my best to assist in recovery of your package(s). For your security and peace of mind, you are more the welcome to add insurance to your purchases upon checking out for an additional $2.00. Please convo me to have this added to your listing. As always, a tracking number will always be provided to you upon completion of your order. The methods of carriers used will be as follows: USPS, Fed Ex and UPS.
My end goal is that I want to make sure your choice of adornment reaches your mailbox on time, safe and sound. That peace of mind for me is priceless in knowing that my work has come to you in the way it is intended to.
Please allow up 7-14 business days for your package to arrive if you are within the United States. If you are outside of the United States, please allow up to 30 days for your item(s) to arrive to you. If you have not received your item(s), please contact me, ASAP.
