Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that are not eligible for a return are as follows:

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your item(s) are returned in original condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale & Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular and sale priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded. Clearance items are final sale only.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hello@DiviniteJewellrybyPorchia.com and send your item to: 5750 Buffington Road, Atlanta GA 30349, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact me at via email at Hello@DiviniteJewellrybyPorchia.com. In your subject heading, please type "Return" in the subject header and the reason for return in the message body. Note: Custom orders are not eligible for a refund nor exchange. Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Every effort is used to make sure that each customer is satisfied with their handmade item(s). If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me. Returns or exchange can be made within 14 business days from the receipt of delivery with no signs of wear. The cost to send back will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. The cost to send the exchange item(s) will be at no cost to the buyer. Only one exchange is allowed per purchase and must be of equal value.
Damages
I do my best to ensure the safe and complete arrival of your wearable art piece(s). However, I know that shipping can be kind of rough on packages and sometimes, they tend to fracture, unfortunately. Should your jewelry arrive to you broken, please let me know ASAP via email convo at Hello@DiviniteJewellrybyPorchia.com so that I may remedy this matter. Please send defective item(s) back to me for repair, free of charge, minus shipping within 30 days of receipt. Shipping the defective item(s) to back to me will be at the cost of the buyer. The charge for me to send the repaired item(s) back will be at no cost to the buyer.

I stand behind the quality of my work, 100%. I use metal components that are lead free If for any reason you are not satisfied with your handmade wearable art, please let me know and I will do my best to assist in a way that is both best and fair to both of us, with you in mind first. Refunds and exchanges are more than welcome up to 14 business days from receipt of your item(s) equal to the value of your purchased item(s).
Item(s) Not Received/Loss Packages
Sometimes, packages get lost in the hectic shuffle of our postal system. Refunds are not applicable at this time Unfortunately, I cannot be held liable for lost packages but will do my best to assist in recovery of your package(s). For your security and peace of mind, you are more the welcome to add insurance to your purchases upon checking out for an additional $2.00. Please convo me to have this added to your listing. As always, a tracking number will always be provided to you upon completion of your order. The methods of carriers used will be as follows: USPS, Fed Ex and UPS.

I would be more than happy to create a beautiful gift certificate for you. Gift certificates are available in increments of $25.00 ($25., $50., $75., $100., etc.).
